ACCOMMODATION

In 1937, the first campers arrived at Hot Water Beach via gravel roads in the family truck. They camped on the Pye Farm beneath the Pohutukawa tree at the back of the section. We have continued the theme through to your Tiny Home experience.

Whether your days are filled with saltwater, sunshine or tranquil bush tracks, our tiny homes are your ideal base for adventure – and the perfect place to wind down after it all.

A Tiny Home for Every Season

In Winter, return from a day of exploring to a warm, welcoming space. Light the fire (everything’s provided), wrap yourself in cosy blankets, and settle in for a night of board games, books, and comfort. With soft lighting, natural timber finishes, and a ground-floor main bed, every detail invites you to relax.

In Summer, enjoy the best of indoor-outdoor living. Lounge in the hammock on the deck under the shade of the umbrella, or retreat inside to air-conditioned comfort. Whether you’re rinsing off after a day on the water or gearing up for your next outing, the space is designed for easy, breezy living.

No matter the season, you’ll find adventure at your doorstep – and everything you need to unwind when you return.

COSY SPACES

While action-packed with features for your enjoyment there are many areas that have different sizing to what you are used to, take some time to get used to moving around before you treat them like your own home. The bedroom in particular requires some care when navigating,

The homes are not wheelchair friendly nor suitable for those of us less able to get around; so have a think about if these amazing spaces are right for you before you book.

AMENITIES

Each tiny home is packed full to bursting with all the creature comforts of home. Breakfast bar, kitchen, laundry, bathroom with full-sized shower, lounge with wood burner fireplace, and bedroom with queen bed and microrobe.

How did we fit it all in? We went up, of course!

The 3.6m forward stud height allows for full-height mezzanine lounge area with a bunk height sleeping area below.

The open plan design allows plenty of room to move between the areas, and when cooking in the kitchen.

To top it off, we added a day bed in the lounge, which is nice and cosy for books, games, or movies indoors.

Bathroom sink with a stone basin, copper faucet, wooden countertop, floating wooden shelf, potted plant, hand soap dispenser, and electrical outlet.
